WHO WE ARE

Malawi Community Eye Organization is a non-profit organization which was established in the year 2000 in Kasungu district. The organization is entrusted and mandated by the Malawi government through the ministry of justice and constitutional affairs to foster human rights, promote justice, fight against corruption, promote gender equality, empowerment of the youths and among others through the inclusion and respect for human integrity.

Money case: compensation

Mr x rented land owned by Mr. Y. Mr. X was using the land for cultivation. Later the land was confiscated by Mr. Y. Mr. x charged ..........................

Land dispute: ownership of land

Mr. Z claimed ownership of a piece of land that was previously used by the community for farming. The community challenged the claim and sought legal assistance to protect their rights.
